Welcome to the website of Roger Roberts & Co., a family-owned and managed firm of Chartered Surveyors; Corporate Building Engineers; Homes Inspectors & Access Audit Consultants based in South Wales.

Originally established by Roger Roberts Surveying & Estate Agents in 1972 in the Neath area and based in the Swansea area from 1996, the firm provides a broad range of Chartered Surveying services in domestic, business and commercial surveys, detailed planning applications and independent building advice to home buyers, business, financial and educational institutions, retailers, light industrial developers and much more.

Roger Roberts & Co. recently established Homes Inspectors Wales Limited, to provide vendors throughout Wales with the new Home Information Packs with 'Condition Inspections'.

The firm also has a strong focus on compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (1995), Part III of which came into full effect in October 2004.

The firm works with numerous organisations to ensure full accessibility to buildings, often through reasonably priced minor modifications which are simple to implement and represent a low-cost, high return investment into the long-term future of the organisations in question.
